Susann L. Cochren graduated valedictorian from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, Syracuse, New York, with 1000 hours of study. Susann is New York State licensed and Nationally Certified, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is proud to offer Medical Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Manual Lymphatic Drainage/Complete Decongestive Therapy and Myoskeletal Release Techniques. She is a gifted therapist with a natural talent for massage therapy. Her massage treatments vary in scope, technique and intensity. Her approach can be eclectic, combining the best of Medical and Deep Tissue, thus being able to cater a session to meet many needs.

Mari McAulliffe is a graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, completing 1000 hours of study and being NYS licensed. Mari's focus is deep tissue massage integrated with swedish massage and using essential oils to address chronic and acute medical issues. She also offers thai-shiatsu, pregnancy massage, hot stone massage and a variety of spa treatments.
In addition to being a massage therapist, Mari is also a trained Doula through DONA International. A labor doula gives continuous physical, emotional and informational support during labor and childbirth, and helps you make adjustments if unexpected demands or complications arise.

My name is Sherri McCabe, I graduated from SunCoast School of Massage Therapy, Tampa, Florida in 1993. I have held a New York State license to perform massage therapy for 15 years and I have achieved approval by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a Continuing Education Approved Provider.
With my passion being medical massage I opened the Therapeutic Massage Center in 1995 due to a void of this modality in our region. With my extensive knowledge of the body and how it responds to a variety of massage techniques, I developed, taught and teach a form of medical massage through out the United States. Being a master of therapeutic techniques, I incorporate a variety of modalities; Medical, Deep Tissue, Sports and Kinesiology. I am deeply intuitive which allows me to perform with strength and sensitivity to get deep without causing excessive pain or muscle trauma.

Tom Meade graduated from Ithaca College with a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He has been trained and certified in Reconnective Healing, The Reconnection, Emotional Freedom Technique, The L.I.F.E. System Biofeedback, Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. Tom also practices the Bach Flower Therapy and has been a dowser for over 10 years.
Tom has worked as a trainer, teacher and coach for over 40 years and is now where he can most effectively help people heal their dis-ease. In the field of Alternative Health Care, experts say 75% to 95% of all illnesses are emotionally based, that is, emotional stress breaks down the immune system and opens it to viruses, bacteria, DNA structures and mental issues. The healing lies in the emotional, spiritual, physical, mental and nutritional well being of the indivdual.
